Who runs Covered
Covered is operated as a sole trader and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at hello@yourecovered.co.uk.
What we store
The names (and, where the organiser adds them, email addresses or phone numbers) of people in a care Circle, the duties the organiser creates, responses to those duties, and a log of actions taken in the service. We use this only to run the board and to understand whether Covered is useful. We never sell or share it.
The person being cared for
A board usually describes someone who doesn’t use Covered themselves. The organiser is responsible for being comfortable recording duties about them. Covered has no medical fields by design – please keep medical details out of duty notes. “Take Mum to her appointment” is enough.
Helpers
Helpers never create accounts. A duty link shows one duty only – never the whole board, and never other people’s details.
Deletion
The organiser can delete their Circle and everything in it at any time, from the Circle page – or email us and it’s done.
